1.         LEAKS:

The great news is most leaks are easy to fix and cost less. While landlords have a duty to repair, tenants also have a duty to maintain and care for the property as well as informing the landlord as soon as they discover any leaks to prevent any further damages in the property.

2.         BOILERS:

Gas leak can be very dangerous. Bad boilers are one of the most important repair problems landlords are faced with, not just because it’s important to keep a home properly heated up in the colder months but also for safety issues.

One of the most common issues with boilers are ‘drop in water pressures’. The landlord can tell or teach the tenant how to put the water pressure back up to the correct level this will enable the tenant resolve the issues themselves.

4.         ROOF ISSUES:

For much older properties roofs are among the most common problems. From broken or cracked roof tiles to crumbling cement and blocked or broken gutters water can enter into your property as a result of these issues.

These can cause further problems, such as rotting timbers and damp, so it is very important to get roof and gutter problems repaired quickly.
